Advo

Effective September 20, 2026

Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of Advo, a team advocacy service owned and operated by Pixanow LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

What Advo is

Advo is business-to-business software sold as a monthly subscription to organizations. It gives a company one place to prepare its own marketing content and lets team members who have opted in review that content and publish it from their own LinkedIn account, in their own words, one post at a time.

Advo does not sell followers, likes, comments, views, engagement, traffic, leads, accounts or any other social media metric or asset. Advo does not operate bots, does not post automatically without a person choosing to publish, and does not publish to any account whose owner has not personally connected it and authorized the post.

Using Advo

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure, and use Advo only in compliance with applicable laws and your organization’s policies.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for reviewing content before you choose to publish it.

Acceptable use

You may not use Advo to: break the law or any third-party platform’s terms, including LinkedIn’s; send spam, bulk unsolicited messages or repetitive automated activity; create or operate fake, purchased, shared or impersonated accounts; publish to an account without that account holder’s informed consent; buy, sell, exchange or artificially inflate engagement, followers or other metrics; post misleading, deceptive, infringing, hateful, harassing, adult or otherwise harmful content; scrape, reverse engineer, resell or circumvent technical limits of the service; or interfere with its security or availability, including malware and probing.

Advo is not for sale to consumers, is not a financial, gambling, adult, crypto, pharmaceutical or dietary product, and is not used to transmit money to third parties.

Organization accounts

If you use Advo through an organization, its administrators may manage membership, publish suggested content, and view workspace sharing activity. Your organization is responsible for assigning appropriate access.

Content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Advo the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and publish that content as you direct through the service.

You must have the rights needed to use any text, images, links, trademarks, or other materials you submit. Do not publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized content.

LinkedIn

LinkedIn is a third-party service with separate terms and policies. You control whether to connect your account and whether to publish each post. Advo cannot guarantee LinkedIn’s availability, approval process, or continued API access.

Billing, payments and the seller

Advo is owned and operated by Pixanow LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). Payments are processed by Stripe. With Stripe’s end-to-end handling, Stripe processes payments, calculates and collects tax, issues receipts, and handles payment-related fraud and disputes on our behalf. Depending on your location, charges may appear on your bank statement as “LINK.COM* ADVO”.

Paid plans are monthly software subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before purchase and exclude taxes where applicable.

Optional reward credit is prepaid credit an administrator adds to the workspace reward wallet so team members can redeem their earned points for gift cards, which our reward fulfilment provider issues and delivers. Top-ups include a 5% processing fee: the fee is charged on top of the credit amount and is not refundable. Reward credit is non-transferable, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash, and cannot be used to send funds to anyone outside your workspace.

Plan limits (such as the number of team members) apply to your workspace. If a workspace exceeds the limit of its plan, we may ask you to upgrade or reduce members before adding more people.

Refunds and cancellation

You may request a full refund of a subscription payment within 30 days of that payment, and you may cancel at any time. Full details, including how reward wallet credit is treated, are in our Refund Policy.

Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Advo. We aim to keep the service reliable, but it is provided on an “as available” basis and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms. You may stop using Advo at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Advo is provided without implied warranties. Advo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for third-party services and content.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

For questions about these terms, contact the Advo representative who provided your workspace access.
